Zaher Homes is a Sydney-based building company specialising in custom homes, duplexes and dual occupancies, granny flats, renovations and commercial projects.
We believe a well-built home starts long before construction. It begins with understanding the site, the people who will live there and what matters most to them. That thinking carries through every stage — from design and approvals to selections, construction and handover.
With design and approvals managed in-house, our clients work with one team throughout the process. It means better communication, fewer handovers and a more considered approach from the first idea to the finished build.
We’re proud to build across Sydney, with Zaher Homes expanding into Brisbane and the Gold Coast soon.

Bassam, with over 40 years in civil engineering and major development projects, brings unmatched structural integrity and forward-thinking to your projects. His credentials as a Chartered Professional Engineer (FIEAust CPEng NER, Registration Number 5357210) and a Member of the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland (Registration Number 1880) stand as a testament to his dedication to excellence.
